How We Did It

  1. Data Ingestion & Pre-Processing

    Enabled inspectors to upload property inspection videos, which were queued and prepared for analysis using Celery workers.

  2. AI-Powered Analysis

    Leveraged OpenAI GPT-4 to extract insights from video frames, identify damages, and generate narrative-style inspection notes.

  3. Cost Estimation & Reporting

    Automated repair cost predictions and structured reporting of damage details, asset information, and inspection summaries.

  4. Dashboard & Secure Delivery

    Published reports on a Next.js RBAC-secured dashboard and delivered them via email through SendGrid, ensuring both accessibility and security
