Tech Lead
In this role, you will lead the technical delivery of AI-driven initiatives from design to production. You’ll architect scalable, reliable systems, ensure engineering excellence, and mentor the team while working closely with Product and stakeholders to drive successful delivery. As a Tech Lead, you’ll also be responsible for championing best practices, improving system design, and helping build robust, production-grade solutions across the stack.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end technical execution of AI initiatives, ensuring scalable and reliable production delivery.
- Design, review, and evolve architecture for ML systems, AI platforms, and data pipelines.
- Partner with Product and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Lead technical planning, sprint execution, and engineering discussions while removing blockers.
- Drive engineering best practices across MLOps, testing, deployment, monitoring, and system reliability.
- Identify and resolve system gaps to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers through technical direction, code reviews, and career development.
- Define and uphold engineering standards across teams and projects.
- Support hiring, technical interviews, and onboarding of engineers.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and Generative AI to drive innovation.
Skills:
- Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, RAG, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Experience building and deploying production-scale AI systems.
- Strong MLOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong system design and distributed systems knowledge.
- Experience working with SQL and large-scale data processing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in ML/AI or Software Engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering and operating production-grade AI systems.
- Experience leading technical decisions and mentoring engineers.
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML infrastructure and cloud-native systems.
